HOW DO I ORDER?

At the moment you can order through my shop on Etsy Erica Gabriella Studio or by contacting us directly at ericagabriellastudio@gmail.com . These knits are made to order, so here's you can personalise your order:

1. Choose your model
2. Choose your size
3. Choose your colours (We will let you know the colours available for each one)
4. Make your payment. ( available also through PayPal or bank transfer)
5. We will proceed with your order once payment is made.

Note: As all the items are handmade by me, therefore if there is a high amount of order, delivery will take a little longer.

HOW TO WASH MY SWEATERS?
​
Wash it as minimal as possible, our knits are made with the best quality natural yarns that don't require that much washing. You can air it out in the open, store it folded, and maybe put some mothballs to keep insects away from the natural fibers.
​
When you can please wash the knits by hand and dry them on a flat surface. Pillings are normal with knits, you can simply remove them by using a pile fabric shaver, but be careful not to tear your knits.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO MAKE THE SWEATERS?
​
It depends on the model and the style, the knits are made completely handmade and we want to make sure that each one is made with the best care. Therefore it may take up to a week to get the knits ready.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SHIP?
​
We are shipping from Italy, therefore shipping depends on where you are in the world. We use UPS and local Poste Italiane for shipping, once we ship your products we will send you tracking code to trace the package.
Usually for shipping within Italy and Europe is within 3-5 days.
Shipping to the rest of the world may take up to 2 weeks.
